Orders can be made directly through our website. Just choose your Products, add to cart, and checkout securely. When a lamp is sold out, its price will no longer be displayed on the homepage, but you can still view it by clicking into the product page.

Yes. If your lamp has no damages, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving it, we’ll issue a full refund. Please note that the item returned must be in its original condition.

We take great care in our packaging, but if your piece is damaged in transit, contact us immediately—we’ll fix it.

We recommend using LED bulbs under 7 watts for all lamps. This ensures energy efficiency, low heat output, and safety especially with 3D-printed materials. Do not use incandescent or halogen bulbs.

Our lamps are made from polylactic acid, also known as "PLA", which is derived from natural plant-based materials like sugarcane and cornstarch.

PLA is technically biodegradable, but only under industrial composting conditions which involve sustained high temperatures (around 58°C / 136°F), controlled humidity, and microbial activity. In a normal home setting, your  lamp will not biodegrade or crumble in your home after 20 years. It’s designed to last especially in indoor, dry conditions.

Just wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture to maintain its pristine condition.
