Incomplete Orders: If your order is incomplete or items are missing, you are eligible for a refund for the missing items.
2. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this time period will not be considered.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Methods

For Online Payments: If the payment was made using a credit/debit card, UPI, or Paytm, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: Customers who made payments via COD have two options:

Option 1: Receive a coupon of equal value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Option 2: Opt for a refund directly to their bank account. In this case, customers will be required to share their bank account details. The payment will be processed within 14 days.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refund requests made after 72 hours of receiving the product will not be accepted.

Products that have been damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or failure to follow usage guidelines are not eligible for a refund.

Requests for refunds on items that do not have defects or issues as outlined above will not be considered.
7. Processing Time

Refunds for online payments will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the refund request is approved.

For COD refunds made to bank accounts, payments will be processed within 14 days after receiving the necessary bank account details from the customer.
